I have been a wholesaler in Atlanta for over 4 years.  I NEVER tracked my KPI’s but always felt like I was running my business very lean.  When Jesse started letting me try out his Online KPI Dashboard, that’s when I IMMEDIATELY recognized that I had a few under performing campaigns but thought I was still making money from it.  Turns out now from this simple change after only 3 months, I’ve been able to get 2 additional closed deals using the SAME amount of marketing dollars.  I made an extra $13,000 just from learning a better place to spend the same amount of money.  This alone just paid for a lifetime of using Wholesalers KPI

I’ve always been told I should track my KPI’s, never understood why.  It wasn’t until I spent ALL my cash and even some of my Credit Cards on marketing only to realize that I never really even knew what I was guaranteed to get back.  I was about to give up my business when I finally found Wholesalers KPI.  Since I started using it, I’m now making my way back out of debt. I know EXACTLY what my Return On Investment is, how many leads I’m going to get and how many closed deals I’ll have each month based on these metrics.  Thank god, but I wish I listened earlier and started tracking before I almost ran my business into the ground.
